1. The Defendant’s KRW 35,870,780 for the Plaintiff and the following: 5% per annum from September 10, 2012 to December 18, 2014;

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a scarcity who operates D's Council member in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju (hereinafter "Defendant Council member"), and the plaintiff is a person who has been administered a cosexual surgery at the defendant Council member.

C. (1) After the Plaintiff’s procedure, the Plaintiff was performed a surgery for removal of plastic products from the Embryptian clinic around December 10, 2012, when the Plaintiff was found with salt and construction on the parts of the instant surgery.
