Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2014, at around 22:42, the Defendant cut off, with a bank equivalent to KRW 100,000 in the market value, including a resident registration certificate, a credit card holder, and a member card, which the victim B gets stored in the elevator, three of the resident registration certificates, and a member card, etc., of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
