Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2017, at around 12:40, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s tree planting business by force for about 30 minutes, on the ground that the damaged person planting trees to the above land, frighting dust, and obstructed the Defendant’s motherel business in front of the land due to the passage of work vehicles, on the ground that the damaged person’s planting of trees to the above land, and interfere with the Defendant’s motherel business.
