The defendant is innocent.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is as follows: (a) on April 2, 2016, the Defendant, with the delegation from C around the morning and with the delegation from C, 6 glue trees owned by the victim F in the E-Landscaping farm located inHanam-si.
