A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime in the same court on March 28, 2011.

On September 4, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant driven B Poter cargo vehicles with blood alcohol content of about 0.197% at a distance of about 100 meters from the street farm before and after the back of 100 meters from the back of the Hater farm, which is under the organization of the Sinan-gun, Kunn-gun, Kunn-gun, Kunn-gun.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
