A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special threat: (a) around 21:10 on September 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a B B KA car and driven the three-lane road near Kimhae-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si (hereinafter “AV”) with the victim D (37 years old) waiting in the atmosphere behind the Defendant’s vehicle did not immediately depart because the Defendant’s vehicle was changed to the traffic signal, but the vehicle was licked, and the vehicle was driven by the victim as the Defendant’s vehicle immediately above the E-V bus vehicle, and the vehicle was in transit from the two-lane to the one-lane vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim using a passenger car, which is a dangerous object.

2. On the same day as the description in paragraph 1, at around 21:25 on the same day, the Defendant was driving a car with the interior square as set forth in paragraph 1, and was waiting for the signal at the intersection in front of the F Building at Kimhae-si, the victim D set off from the bus and demanded the Defendant to drive a threat, as described in paragraph 1, and made the front side of the vehicle to turn to the left to the left, the victim’s body part is shocked and left to the left part of the vehicle.

As a result, the defendant carried the above car, which is a dangerous object, and put the victim into a light and right shoulder for about three weeks in need of treatment.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated a car with B, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same place as the date specified in paragraphs (1) and (2).
