Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 00:20 on July 17, 2016, 2016, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol on the roads of Hanwon in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si; (b) assaulted the victim E (59) who is a taxi driver on the ground that he does not have the direction that he wants to do so; and (c) assaulted the victim’s head at the time of eight times in 198 and seven times in 200.
