1. On December 15, 2015, around 19:40 on December 15, 2015, the Defendant visited the police box, at the police box located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to take a bath for taxi drivers and drivers.

C 파출소 소속 경위 D가 택시기사 E에게 파출소에 오게 된 경위를 물어보고 경사 F이 피고인에게 파출소에 오게 된 경위를 묻자, 피고인은 자신이 가지고 있던 휴대폰을 파출소 데스크에 집어 던지고, 계속해서 경사 F이 파출소에 오게 된 경위를 물어보자 경사 F에게 " 야 씹새끼야, 이런 좆같은 새끼, 니가 뭘 알아, 개새끼야." 라며 약 15 분간 고성을 지르며 피고인은 파출소에 오게 된 경위는 말하지 않고 경찰관을 때리려고 하고 욕설을 하여 관공서에서 주 취소란을 벌였다.
