Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the representative of the “C Research Institute” in Jeju-si, is an employer who has operated a private teaching institute using at least five regular workers, and the employer has retired from office without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date, even though he/she has paid wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the cause for the payment occurred without any agreement on the extension of the due date, he/she did not pay 180,000 out of the wages of February 1, 2012 to February 6, 2013 of D, who worked in the said private teaching institute from November 1, 2012 to May 6, 2013, 1,300, monthly wage of KRW 1,300,000, monthly wage of KRW 296,460, aggregate of KRW 1,776,460 from the wages of April, without any agreement on the extension of the due date.
