The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental statement of grounds of appeal submitted after the lapse of the period for submitting the grounds of appeal).

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court is justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the object of the crime of altering official document and obstruction of the performance of official duties by deception, by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal, thereby exceeding the bounds of free evaluation doctrine, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
