Examining the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court did not err in its judgment that found the Defendant guilty of occupational embezzlement (except for the part without charge) among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, by misapprehending the facts contrary to logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on clans

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
