Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 21, 2015, around 14:00, Defendant A appeared as a witness of the Defendant’s case, such as indecent act by force against the said court No. 355, the Busan District Court No. 355, which was located at the Busan District Court, and taken an oath upon receipt of notice of the right to refuse to testify.
