A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 5,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On October 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 13:50 on October 27, 2012, 2012, at E-cafeteria operated by the victim D in Kimhae-si, and was found to have a food stand after eating, but the said victim was able to take a bath on the ground that he refused it and stored a cell phone; (b) he saw the victim’s breath on the ground that he was able to do so; and (c) boomed the victim’s breath on the breath and pushed the breath, and b

B. At around 14:00 on October 27, 2012, the Defendant assaulted a restaurant proprietor at the same place as the above paragraph (a) at the same time as the above paragraph (a), and tried to investigate the circumstances of the instant case by keeping the slope G, which is a police officer belonging to the F District of the Kimhae Police Station, called out after receiving a report by the victim of the disturbance.

The Defendant: (a) took a bath to the police officer, such as “I Chewing feas, fake feas, and homicide”; (b) pushed the chest of the above G; (c) took the face part in Earma; and (d) assaulted the part of the bridge on several occasions.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties concerning the suppression and investigation of the above slope G and slope H, which is a police officer.

2. At around 14:00 on October 27, 2012, Defendant B, on the street of the Ecafeteria located in Kimhae-si, the Defendant: (a) arrested the Defendant as a flagrant offender under suspicion of obstruction of performance, etc. of official duties; (b) when Defendant B tried to take the lock, he she saw that “Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, Ga, her death,” and assaulted the police officer’s arms so that he does not take the lock; (c) twice the arms of sloping G on a drinking ground, and three times the parts of the sloping G on the side of the knee, i.e., a police officer belonging to the F District of the Kimhae-si Police Station in front of the Ecafeteria, who is a criminal suspect.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties concerning the arrest of police officers in the above slope G and slope H.
