Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated a singing practice hall in the name of “C” on the following occasions: (a) the Defendant came to know of the victim D (the age of 17) who works in a nearby restaurant; and (b) the Victim D (the age of 17) was urged to play in the singing room on November 14, 2019; and (c) the Victim D, along with the Victim E (the age of 17) who works in the singing room with the Defendant’s permission at the singing room.

The Defendant committed a crime against the victim D: (a) singing out of the victim D, who was singing at the victim’s singing room around November 14, 2019; and (b) singing out at the victim’s singing room at the victim’s singing room at the victim’s room; and (c) sing out at the victim’s room at that place
