A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 13, 2016, the Defendant reported that the Victim F (F) was accompanied by G (F, 14 years old), and H (V, 17 years old), while serving together with E on the front side of the building “D C” located in Nam-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, as of December 13, 2016, the Defendant reported that the Victim F (F, 14 years old), together with E (F, 17 years old), was well located; and

However, the victim, etc. refused to do so, and again, the victim, etc.: (a) induced the victim, etc. to play in a singing room; and (b) led the victim, etc. to enter the “Ising room” located in the same place.

During the above singing 6 studio, the Defendant: (a) sought to use both arms by the victim as “I” and tried to use the victim, but the victim refused to use them, and tried to use the table to use the Defendant; (b) the victim continued to approach the victim and forced the victim to use it, and (c) the victim was forced to use it, the Defendant 1 attempted to use it out of the singing room.

As a result, the defendant tried to force the victim who is a child or juvenile to commit an indecent act but did not commit such an attempted act.

2. The Defendant, as described in the above paragraph 1 at the date, time, and at the place mentioned in the above paragraph 1, assaulted the victim, i.e., the above F (W, 14 years old) and the victim G (W, 17 years old) who were in the same line with the Defendant’s behavior to run away from the Defendant’s behavior, with the victim’s head debt, which is the most recent run away from the Defendant’s behavior, and with the victim’s head debt, i.e., “F, h., h., h., h., h.,” and as such, she committed assaulted the victim.
