On November 2, 2017, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven B Mart car with alcohol content of about 0.150% at a distance of approximately 200 meters from the Dogwon Dogwon Dogwon Dogwon located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the Dogwon Dogwon Dogwon Dogwon Dog-do.
