A false statement was made to the effect that a victim F who had contacted the Defendant would send a ticket if he/she deposits the money to the victim F.

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the diskettes.

As above, the defendant deceiving the victim F and received 90,000 won from the Saemaul Treasury account (Account Number I) in the name of the defendant on the same day from the victim F, and the defendant acquired 5,154,000 won in total from the 27 victims as shown in the attached Table 1 re-off from July 20, 2017 to August 18, 2017.

2. On December 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) against each victims of the attached Table 2, the Defendant used a mobile phone at his/her home located in the Gu-U.S.J and 108 Dong 605, and sold the Internet NAV tickets on the bulletin board of the State.

The phrase “to publish” and then deliver a ticket to the victim L who reported and contacted it if the victim deposits 300,000 won in the tweet price.

A false statement was made.

However, in fact, the defendant has shown the victim L as if he/she had completed the K Twitet photographs through Internet search, and he/she has the K Twitet.
