A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BScar car.

On March 7, 2012, at around 22:51, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.192% 0.192%, and led to a two-occinal distance in the Daegu hydro-gu two islands to proceed from the flood bank on the waterside.

At the time, since it is at night and at the same time an intersection where signal is installed, a person engaged in the driving duty has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering side and the steering system.

As such, the Defendant, while driving under a difficult condition to drive normally due to the influence of alcohol, suffered injury to the victim C, such as spawn, which requires a treatment for about three weeks, injury to the victim I (n), who was on the said cresh car, requiring treatment for about two weeks, injury to the brain spawn, which requires treatment for about two weeks, injury to the victim E, and injury to the creatal base requiring treatment for about two weeks.
