Ultimately, the Defendant is the victim, who is a son of a vehicle with a erokedo in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol and is in need of approximately 4 weeks’ medical treatment to the victim D for approximately 4 weeks. The Defendant is the victim, who is the victim of a military vehicle, the victim of a erokedo in need of approximately 2 weeks’ medical treatment to the victim H(23 years of age).
