The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The sentence of the original court (ten months of imprisonment) shall be too unlimited and unfair.

2. Although the Defendant appears to reflect the instant crime, the Defendant’s sentence against the Defendant cannot be deemed to be too unreasonable in light of all the sentencing conditions indicated in the instant records, such as the size of the game site in this case, the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime.

3. If so, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
