The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the summary of the grounds for appeal (two million won of a fine) is too unreasonable.

2. The Defendant, despite the fact that the previous violation of the Marina Act reaches two times, repeated the instant crime, in light of all the sentencing conditions indicated in the instant records, such as the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, etc., the sentence of the lower court against the Defendant cannot be deemed to be too unreasonable.

3. If so, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
