1. Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) B shall transfer its assignment to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) regarding the claim stated in the separate sheet 1.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. From 2006, the Plaintiff was a person raised in de facto marital relationship with D, Nonparty A’s life insurance company (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”) is an insurer who entered into an insurance contract with D, Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is the wife of D who entered into a marriage report with D on November 30, 1995, and Defendant C is the wife of Defendant B and D.

B. D entered into an insurance contract with the non-party company with the following content.

㈎ 보험계약일 2007. 11. 12. ㈓ 보험금 지급사유 및 지급액 <주계약> 보험기간 중 주피보험자 사망 시 4,000만 원 <무배당 정기특약1> 이 특약의 보험기간 중 주피보험자 사망 시 6,000만 원 ㈏ 보험계약자 망인 ㈐ 주피보험자 망인 ㈑ 보험수익자 상속인(사망 시) ㈒ 보험기간 주계약 : 종신 무배당 정기특약1 : 5년 갱신(2017. 11. 12.까지) ⑴ “무배당 종신보험 표준형”(이하 ‘종신보험’이라 한다) ㈎ 보험계약일 2010. 1. 24. ㈔ 보험금 지급사유 및 지급액 제1보험기간 중 주피보험자 사망 시 - 종피보험자가 살아있는 경우 ① 독립자금 500만 원, ② 교육자금 500만 원 지급사유 발생 당시 계약자 적립금(위 금액을 지급기간 동안 나누어 매년 계약해당일에 지급) ㈏ 보험계약자 망인 ㈐ 주피보험자 망인 ㈑ 종피보험자 C ㈒ 보험수익자 상속인(사망 시) ㈓ 보험기간 종신 ⑵ “무배당 우리 아이 꿈이 크는 변액유니버셜보험”(이하 ‘변액보험’이라 한다) D는 자녀 나이 21세(2020. 5. 25.)에 피보험자 교체신청을 하였다.

From the commencement date of guarantee to the date of the contract applicable to the age of the insured ( January 24, 2021), the first insurance period and from the date equivalent to the age of the insured to the end of the contract shall be the second insurance period.

C. D On August 9, 2013, the Plaintiff is a beneficiary of life insurance and variable insurance.
