Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Changwon District Court M&D branch on June 10, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 21 of the same year.

On January 27, 2014, at around 17:40, the fraud defendant, within the 'D' restaurant operated by the victim C(the 65 years of age, south) in Gangwon-gun B (the 65 years of age). In the absence of the intent to pay food expenses, the defendant gets financial benefits by ordering two orders for 3-person, 2-ben, 2-ben, and air breab, which were 38,000 won to the victim, without paying food expenses.

B. Property damage the Defendant destroyed property, such as destroying property at the price of drinking 2 Ga (Ga60cm*120cm* 30cm in width* 30cm in length, 30cm in length) in a restaurant equivalent to KRW 50,000 in the market value, on the ground that the victim C (the victim 65 years of age, south) demanded food value at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (a).
