1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 with the rate of 20% per annum from July 21, 2007 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The retail Financial Support Center for the settlement of a payment order requested a payment order against the Defendant, a joint guarantor, with the Jeju District Court 2008 tea1730 that "the Defendant shall pay to the retail Financial Support Center 55,425,700 won and the amount at the rate of 43.8% per annum from July 20, 2007 to the full payment order." The original payment order was delivered to the Defendant on July 2, 2008 and finalized on July 17, 2008.

B. On February 21, 2017, the retail financial support center for the Plaintiff’s acquisition of bonds transferred to the Plaintiff the portion of “50,000,000 won out of the above payment order amount and the amount at the rate of 43.8% per annum from July 21, 2007 to the date of full payment,” and notified the Defendant of the transfer.

According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff who acquired the claim finalized by the above payment order the amount of KRW 50,00,000 and 20% interest per annum from July 21, 2007 to the day of full payment, as the plaintiff seeks.
