According to the allegations and the above facts of determination, the defendants are obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won and 18% interest per annum from October 29, 2000 to the day of full payment as part of claim for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the judgment claim of this case that the plaintiff acquired by the plaintiff. The defendants are obligated to pay 50 million won to the plaintiff and 58% interest per annum from October 29, 2000 to the day of full payment.
