Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Jeju District Court, and was released on May 13, 2016 in the Jeju Prison on the execution of the sentence, and the parole period passed on June 30, 2016.

On September 18, 2016, the Defendant, “2016 Highest 2441, the Defendant,” on September 18, 2016, posted a notice to the effect that the victim MN would purchase accommodation rights on the national website and that the Defendant would seek accommodation rights if he/she remitted KRW 45,00 to the victim.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to seek accommodation because he thought to use it as his own cost of living.

Defendant deceiving the victim as above and received 45,000 won via the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number:N) in the name of the Defendant from the victim on the same day from the victim, and received 2,674,700 won in total from October 16, 2016 by deceiving the victims over 23 times, as shown in the attached crime List from October 16, 2016.

However, since the defendant did not have the intention to purchase the goods, even if he received the payment from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the goods.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above and receives 145,00 won via the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: N) in the name of the defendant for the same day from the victim, and from November 5, 2016, 10 times in total as shown in the list of crimes in the annexed crimes, from that time.
