Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for a period of one year and two months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bus B.

On April 2, 2019, at around 14:10, the Defendant driven the bus in front of the Dmaart in Soyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Youngyang-gu, and continued to proceed to the Mae Park on the side of the E market.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as safe driving, etc., by living well on the front side and the right and the right of the driver of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, by neglecting this, the Defendant, due to the negligence of proceeding an intersection in violation of the signal, shocked the front part of the G freight car driven by the victim F (51) who is straight down from the right side of the bus to the left side of the bus, and shocked the front part of the G freight car driven by the victim F (51) who is straight down from the bus to the right side of the bus, and due to such shock, the bus is pushed down toward the right side of the bus, and the said bus is pushed down toward the front part of the I car driven by H which is parked for the signal signal in the opposite part of the bus.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury of the victim F by occupational negligence to the victim F, such as dynasium and tensions in need of approximately 2 weeks of treatment, and the injury of tensions, tensions, etc. to the victimJ (29 years of age, women) who are the bus passengers; the injury of the victim K (60 years of age, women) in need of treatment for about 2 weeks of treatment; the injury of the dynasium, tensions, and tensions that require approximately 3 weeks of treatment to the said bus passengers; the injury of the victim, who is the bus passengers, including four or more years of age, including four or more dynasiums, in need of treatment for about 8 weeks of treatment; and the injury of the victim (20 years of age) who is the bus passengers, including the dynasium and tension in need of treatment for about 2 weeks of treatment; and the injury of the victim NN(21, 221 years of age, and the plenasium.
