1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiffs are entitled to the status of the parties as below.

The buyers who sold each of the lands and buildings stated in the paragraph to the Defendant and supplied the project site, and concluded a sales contract with the Defendant and F Co., Ltd. F (hereinafter referred to as “F”), an executing agency for the Defendant, for each of the above real estate. The Defendant is a regional housing association that operates the business of constructing and supplying the E-Association apartment (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”) which is an apartment house (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”) on the ground by setting out the lots outside G G and 146, and H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “H”) as the construction site for the instant apartment after entering into a construction contract with the Defendant.

B. On June 2003, the representative director I (I, on April 27, 2007, died) of F’s commitment to providing the Plaintiffs’ business site and granting F’s qualification as union members, promised to purchase the Plaintiffs’ land and buildings to be incorporated into the business site of the instant case and to allow the Plaintiffs to purchase one apartment house (32 square meters) newly constructed by granting the Defendant’s membership to the Plaintiffs in return for the purchase of the Plaintiffs’ land and buildings. Accordingly, the Plaintiffs sold the land and buildings to F as listed below and received the payment from F.

C. The defendant's establishment and business progress 1F had not been transferred the ownership of each of the above land and buildings from the plaintiffs, constituted the defendant with the first 30 members, and designated F as an agent to act on behalf of all of the partnership affairs, and applied for authorization for the establishment of the association.
