Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On January 28, 2013, at around 14:34, the Defendant: (a) while driving a car of typane C without obtaining a driver’s license; and (b) driving a side road in front of the restaurant of “Gancheon-si” in the city of Chuncheon, from the right side of the Gangnam-gu branch of the Agricultural Cooperative, the Defendant was found to receive the back portion of the victim D(62 years old) 110 Obba, which was temporarily stopped on the left side of the steering course, due to occupational negligence that was unable to properly operate the steering direction and steering devices; and (c) was taking part of the back portion of the victim D(62 years old) 110 Oba, which was temporarily stopped on the left side

The defendant suffered the victim's left-hand sponsor, etc. for about two weeks of treatment due to its shock.

B. The Defendant, at around 15:10 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, moved from G Co., Ltd., Ltd., located in Chuncheon City, to B, who is a workplace partner, together with B, to the accident site under the preceding paragraph, and he is driving the said typists.

As if the traffic accident under the preceding paragraph was caused, it is difficult to make a false statement and request so that B, at least 16:00 on the same day, had B, who was involved in the investigation of the said traffic accident, drive the vehicle of the Chuncheon Police Station H District, which he had been engaged in the investigation of the said traffic accident at the place of the same accident.

As if the traffic accident was caused, it made a false statement and abetted the criminal escape.

2. The Defendant B, at around 16:00 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, is driving the typists belonging to the H Zone of the Chuncheon Police Station, where he was investigating the said traffic accident at the location of the accident as referred to in the preceding paragraph.

The person who has caused the traffic accident as referred to in paragraph (1) above was aware of the fact that he was A, and made a false statement as if he had caused the traffic accident, and let A, an offender of the case escape.
