1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Defendant) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Plaintiff)

(a) Indication of the annexed drawings of the building indicated in the attached list;

1. Basic facts

A. (i) On February 25, 1997, C purchased a building of 23.83 square meters and 44.43 square meters of a wooden mentor and a multi-story roof warehouse in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Seoul-si, and E’s wooden mentor and a multi-story 23.83 square meters, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 2, 1997, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 2, 1997. Although the building was extended to 97.89 square meters of a wooden mentor and a multi-story residential facility in the roof, the building was registered as an extension in the building ledger and did not change the indication of the real estate register.

B. The F of Doll C was changed to the business of operating the traditional tea house in the building, and the general restaurant in accordance with Article 22 of the Food Sanitation Act and Article 9 of the Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act, which was in force at the time of permission under the former Food Sanitation Act (amended by Act No. 5453, Dec. 13, 1997) in the name of C on August 2, 1997.

The applicant filed an application for a business license with the business size of 94.73m2, which is 94m2, and operated the traditional tea house with the trade name of "G" after additional extension of A and B indicated as brooms in the attached drawing of the building.

(hereinafter referred to as "the instant building, including the extended part," and the part A and B, expressed as brooms in the attached drawing, are "the instant extension part".

The Plaintiff’s ownership acquisition process (i.e., the instant building was sold to Suwon District Court, Sungwon District Court, Sung-nam Branch, through the voluntary auction process of real estate H H on Sept. 24, 2000, and the ownership transfer registration was completed on Oct. 12, 200, and the Korea Mutual Saving and Finance Company, Inc. was declared bankrupt.

B. On July 25, 2001, the Plaintiff purchased the instant building in the sale procedure executed by the trustee in bankruptcy of the Korea Mutual Savings and Finance Company, Korea, and on August 29, 2001, the indication of the real estate register concerning the instant building is in accordance with the building ledger.
