1. 피고인들의 성매매알선등행위의처벌에관한법률위반(성매매알선등) 피고인들은 태국 국적의 여장 남성들을 성매매 종업원으로 고용한 후 휴대전화 채팅 어플리케이션인 앙톡, 영톡, 즐톡 등을 통해 태국 국적 여장 남자들과 유사성교행위를 할 성매수남을 모집하여 남자손님들이 오면 성매매 대금으로 1회 100,000원~150,000원을 받고 태국 국적의 여장 남성과 유사성교행위를 하게 하는 방법으로 성매매를 알선하기로 공모하였다.
