Criminal facts

1. Defendant A and Defendant C are a business owner in charge of engaging in sexual traffic, such as employing a female with the nationality of Thailand to take place in a place of sexual traffic designated by customers, receiving a picture, etc., and Defendant C is a person who has recruited sex purchase by a transpuling and selling with a transpuling, and is subject to fees (the amount between KRW 20,000 and KRW 30,000 per case) by informing the Defendant A of the place of sexual traffic, etc.

The Defendants conspired to engage in the business of "commercial sex acts" in the above manner, from February 27, 2019 to April 15, 2019, in Kimhae-si, Changwon-si, etc., Defendant C posted a commercial sex acts advertisement on the d and E, in consultation with the unspecified number of customers who have contacted with the advertisement, and determined the place of commercial sex acts, harmony, etc., and notified the Defendant A of such information. As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2.
