1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 160,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 27, 2016 to the day of full payment.

On February 4, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a design contract (hereinafter “previous design contract”) with the Defendant to promote the new construction and sale business of multi-family housing (hereinafter “instant business”).

On August 5, 2010, the Defendant supplied various design documents to the Plaintiff.

From February 5, 2010 to May 25, 2010, the Plaintiff paid a total of KRW 160,000,000 to the Plaintiff.

The operator of the project in this case is replaced.
