1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 257,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 20, 2015 to April 20, 2016; and (b) the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 1, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a design service contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant with the Defendant on a design service contract with the content that the design service relating to the instant housing project (hereinafter “instant housing project”) outside B and one parcel of land (hereinafter “instant design service contract”) would be awarded a contract amount of KRW 575,00,000 (excluding value-added tax).

3. Design summary of the instant design service contract

(a) Site area: 27,520 square meters (8,324.95 square meters);

(b) Apartment roads: Multi-family housing;

(c) Number of floors: Two underground floors and twenty above ground floors;

(d) Building: A reinforced concrete mentor and brick structure;

(e) Total floor area: approximately 82,500 square meters ( approximately 25,000 square meters);

4. Contract amount: 575,00,000 won (excluding value-added tax) (the scope of services to be provided to the defendant) Article 3 (Scope of Services) of the Value-Added Tax Act (excluding value-added tax) shall be the duties of preparing basic design drawings, working design drawings, and other design drawings necessary for the construction of a building;

(1) Construction deliberation on apartment buildings following a change in project approval. (2) Basic design and implementation design. (3) Rental service (authorization and approval) due to a change in construction permission and project approval. (4) Design for construction, civil engineering, landscaping, electrical equipment, fire-fighting equipment, etc. (5) Design for construction, civil engineering, landscaping, electrical equipment, fire-fighting equipment, etc. (6) structural calculation statement/construction specifications. (7) Preparation of data related to construction design necessary for completion (Calculation and payment method of service fees) ① Calculation standards and methods of service fees shall be based on remuneration standards.

Provided, That where on-site conditions and design conditions are special or are added, they shall be determined through consultation with the plaintiff and the defendant.

(2) The remuneration for the design business may be paid in lump sum, in installments, or in installments.
