Defendant shall be sentenced to six months of imprisonment, and the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

D (A) The D (A) is a person who, as an operator of the so-called Universal server (E) that arbitrarily copied and opened the Internet game server, which is an online game product in which the United Nations Co., Ltd. has copyright, without the consent of the United Nations CF, and without the consent of the KF, has leased the three-story office located in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju from March 18, 2016 to May 19, 2016, and has overall control over the affairs related to the operation of the private server, such as server publicity, business instructions, and profit distribution.

H (F) as the leakage of D, from March 2015 to May 2016, H (in the absence of detention on August 19, 2016), was a person who managed the above private server in his/her own residence located in Gwangju, Seo-gu I, 202 Dong 1006, while responding to the game users' claims or inquiries and sold game money to the game users.

J (A) From the beginning of December 2015 to the beginning of May 2016, 2016, a person who managed the said private server at night, responding to the game users' resistance or questioning and sells game money to the game users.

Defendant

A served as a "co" to correct a license if D is at issue or if D is given instructions on a part in need of a trade label.

No person shall infringe upon any author's property right or other property rights protected pursuant to the Copyright Act by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lease, or preparation of a derivative work.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with D, H, and J, set up an illegal private server (E) that was built by reproducing “Ieman 1”, an Internet game in which the UN CFT had copyright, in collusion with D, H, and J, from March 2015 to May 2016 (Defendant J from the beginning of December 2015) at the office located in the south-gu F3rd floor in Gwangju, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul. The Defendant opened a private server (E) and could connect the game users with the said private server.
