Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2013, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven approximately 1.5 km in front of the agricultural cooperative marketing center located in Gyeyang-dong, Yangyang-dong, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.164%, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven approximately 1.5 km in front of the agricultural cooperative marketing center located in Yangyang-dong.
