A. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on a structure managed by the victim, and stolen the victim's property.

2. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. On January 20, 2016, around January 20, 2016, the Defendant acquired one copy of the foreign exchange card, which was owned by the victim L, from the stairs of the private subway station located in the Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City around January 22:00.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.
