【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim B at around 14:05, Jun. 16, 2020, opened a entrance that was not corrected when the victim was living in Jindo-gun C, Jindo-gun, and entered the entrance and intrudes into the entrance, and subsequently, the Defendant did not commit the crime against the victim B, but did not commit the crime due to the lack of stolen objects.
2. On June 16, 2020, at around 14:15, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance that was not corrected when the victim’s residence was located in Jindo-gun E, Jindo-gun; (b) went into the entrance; and (c) infringed upon the victim’s intrusion; and (d) committed theft of KRW 300,000 in cash within the bank owned by the victim.
3. At around 13:05 on June 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance that was not corrected when the victim’s residence was located in Jindo-gun G, Jindo-gun; and (b) intruded into the entrance; (c) then, the Defendant stolen the victim’s gold 24km, 18km, 24km, and 895,000 won in cash, which were located in the inner harassment.
4. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim H was not corrected around 13:15 on June 17, 2020 by committing the crime.
