A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

2,994,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

"2016 Highest 1118"

1. On January 1, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant searched a letter from E Bank ATM located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, to sell the Internet portal site “F,” and then transfers KRW 2.5 million to a name-free person who was aware of the fact that he/she sold the cryptopy (the crypphone “copon”; hereinafter “copon”). On the same day, the Defendant purchased and sold 10g of the copon phone located in the same Dong’s “G” coffee shop, which is located in the same region as the same day, by discovering and receiving about 10g of the copon phone in the tape.

2. On March 23, 2016, around 11:56, the Defendant put about approximately 0.05g of philophones purchased as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) into a single-use injection machine, and dilutioned with raw water, and, on the part of the Defendant’s her her her her amb, injected a psychotropic drug.

3. On March 23, 2016, at around 12:13, the Defendant kept a transparent vinyl paper containing approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones in a plastic match box, and possessed a native mental medicine.

4. On March 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) kept three plastic finites in the K Office located in the J of the Government-Si on March 23, 2016; (b) kept three plastic finites containing approximately 2.13g of phiphonephones in three plastic fins; and (c) possessed a finite drug.

"2016 Highest 1392"

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On November 2015, the Defendant, at the “Mel” guest room located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, 0.00 through 24:00, melted with 0.05 grams of philophonephones into two for a single-use injection instrument, dive injection instrument with N, and dives into one for a single-use injection instrument, and added the remainder to coffee, and administered a psychotropic medicine.

B. From the end of December 2015 to the beginning of January 2016, the Defendant uses 23:00 to 24:00 the “M telecom” guest room located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, one time in which approximately 0.05g gramphonephones are used.
