A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On February 29, 2016, around 17:00, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.8g of approximately KRW 400,000 in cash to E in front of the “D” convenience store located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, and the Defendant purchased and sold psychotropic drugs by receiving approximately 0.8gg of clopon, a local mental medicine, from E (hereinafter “copon”).

2. On February 29, 2016, at the guest room located in Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, the Defendant administered a psychotropic medicine by drinking the fluoral volume of the fluorphones purchased, such as the foregoing 1.

3. On March 9, 2016, around 18:30 on March 9, 2016, at the I elementary school located in Busan, Busan, the Defendant purchased and sold a local mental medicine by purchasing and selling 1.3 million won in cash to E, and 5g of philophones.

4. On April 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) promised to purchase approximately KRW 8.6g of K and Handphones for KRW 2 million on the back side of the “J shopping district in Busan, Jung-gu; and (b) purchased approximately 8.6g of Handphones from K to sell and purchase a local mental medicine.

5. On April 5, 2016, the Defendant put about approximately 0.08g of philophonephones purchased as set forth in the foregoing 4 into a single-use injection machine, and dived the Defendant’s her her her mack, and administered a psychotropic drug by injection.

6. On April 6, 2016, at around 06:50, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 8.04 grams in four transparent plastic bags; and (b) kept them in the Defendant’s bags; and (c) possessed a local mental medicine.
