Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2015, around 00:20 on August 13, 2015, the Defendant driven a B car in the state of blood alcohol concentration of about 20 kilometers from the new town in Dongjak-gu Seoul to the street in front of the 50 sports park in the calendar of the Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul.
