The defendant is a person driving a C-A-Wurt-Wurn vehicle.

On August 7, 2014, at around 03:08, the Defendant driven the said vehicle 5 kilometers from the street in the vicinity of a cafeteria located in the Dongwon-dong of Gyeonggi-si to the station of Siung-si to the street 50.5 kilometers in front of the sports park, under the influence of alcohol 0.187%.
