Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The application for compensation of this case is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 1537] On April 4, 2014, at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) requested a victim G (n, 26 years old) working on the F tea, where coffee was delivered to Gwangju Northern-gu, to engage in sexual traffic; (b) however, the victim refused to do so and attempted to depart from the Republic of Korea; and (c) the F multilateral employees were outside of the room, the Defendant detained the victim for approximately 30 minutes of sexual traffic by opening the door door of the victim’s arms, barring Handphones; and (d) by opening the door of the room.

1. A person who operates an entertainment drinking house under the trade name of the victim C (the 46-year-old, south) and victim I (the 46-year-old, female) in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective injury with a deadly weapon, etc.);

On April 30, 2014, at around 02:50, the Defendant: (a) called “J” in the “J” located on the 1st underground floor in Gwangju Northern-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Gwangju, for the reason that he was not in mind,” and (b) the victim C (the age of 46, South) was “to see whether he will carry out funeral services or not,” and (c) when the victim C faces several faces.

While the Defendant assaulted C at the same time and at a place as above, the victim I (the 46-year-old, female) who met the Defendant refers to "domination of funeral services with a long period of time", and as a result, the victim's spathn part of the spathn was walking twice, leading the victim to a right-hand spathing where treatment for about two weeks is required.
