Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a business using a trade name called "D" in Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City.

No one shall conduct business in a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone where the act of sex or of similarity is likely to be done by dividing it by a smuggling, closed space or partitions, etc. or by installing similar facilities.

Nevertheless, since November 201, the defendant had been installed in the 'E elementary school' neighboring school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone and operated business that is likely to cause similaritys to customers by installing 3 locks, bedclothess, simple scloaks, etc. in the 'E elementary school'.
