Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall conduct business in a school environmental sanitation and cleanup zone where the act of sex or of similarity is likely to be done by dividing it by a smuggling, closed space or partitions, etc. or by installing similar facilities.

Nevertheless, from September 3, 2013 to September 13, 2013, the Defendant operated a marina business with the trade name of "D" in Busan School Environmental Sanitation and Cleanup Zone C, which is located in B elementary school, in the vicinity of Busan School, and operated two smuggling equipped with beds, bedclothess, etc. in the business place and conducted a business that is likely to cause similarity against an unspecified male grandchild who found there.
