Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2014, at around 00:10, the Defendant took a bath at the Defendant’s house on the recommendation of the police officer D, etc. belonging to the Busan Police Station C district unit of the Busan Police Station, who called the patrol vehicle at the Defendant’s house and called the Defendant’s house, at around 00:10 on December 5, 2014, when the Defendant went to the right side of D, who was seated above the Defendant’s residence, at around 00:19, and went to the Defendant from the patrol, and came to the front of the Busan Fire Station E21, which is the Defendant’s residence, at around 10:19 on the same day, and asked D to take the right side of D to take the front side of D, “Neas is the police, the opening, and the inside.”
