Punishment of the crime

The Defendant posted a notice to the effect that he sells valuable goods on the Internet website that sells valuable goods using the anonymousness of the Internet, and reported it to the effect that “to send the price of goods to the person who has first deposited the price of goods as a door-to-door dispatch,” and did not deliver it to the person who has contacted with the Defendant, thereby attempting to acquire money by fraud.

However, the facts are that the defendant did not possess the above goods, and the money received from the victim is gambling on the Internet.
