Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 22, 2017, at around 01:43, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim C at the E Doro or the third floor resting room of the building in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-dong-gu, Daejeon-gu, the Defendant: (b) brought crepits to other victim’s clothes key; (c) opened the victim’s clothes crepit; and (d) stolen the victim’s body cream card with one copy of the new bank that was owned by the victim.
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;
A. On May 22, 2017, around 01:55, the Defendant approved the use fees from E- Maba operated by F as indicated in paragraph (1), and issued the stolen C’s new bank e-mail card as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, such as the indicated in paragraph (1), and had the victim pay KRW 17,500, thereby having the victim pay KRW 17,500, thereby obtaining economic benefits equivalent to the same amount and using stolen debit cards.
B. On May 22, 2017, at around 01:59, the Defendant purchased 2 tobacco from the victim at the G convenience store operated by the victim who was not the victim’s name near the above private letter or the building. On May 22, 2017, the Defendant issued the bank cream card in the above name C, as described in paragraph (1), as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, and then, the Defendant used the stolen debit card with the Defendant’s payment of KRW 9,000 tobacco amounting to the total market value of KRW 9,00 from the victim.

At around 03:19 on May 2, 2017, the Defendant purchased chip Kim Gb, etc. from the injured party at H convenience store operated by the injured party, the Defendant issued the bank cream card in the name of the said C, as described in paragraph (1), as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, and used the stolen debit card with the delivery of the total market price of KRW 9,750 from the injured party, chiped Kim Gb, etc.
3. On May 2, 2017, the Defendant affected a structure: (a) came up in front of the so set soup set of K which is operated by the victim J in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; and (b) entered the said soup room and managed by the victim for the purpose of printing the property to be stolen.
