Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2014, at around 07:55, the Defendant driven a B-to-land car from approximately 100 meters away from the roads near the Yancheon-si Bus Terminal located in Leecheon-si to the front road of the Dong-to-dong bus stops located in the same Dong-si while under the influence of alcohol by 0.236% of blood alcohol level.
