Punishment of the crime
【The relationship with the preceding sentence】 On June 4, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Daejeon Prison on February 16, 201.
【Criminal Facts】
1. 2013Gohap85 - The victim C (the 33 years of age, hereinafter “victim 1”) and the victim D (the 25 years of age, hereinafter “victim 2”) are the victims with intellectual disability third disability, and the victim 2 is the victims with intellectual disability second disability.
